Swiss Private Group is an independent private real estate advisory based in Switzerland, serving private clients and professional partners with access to prime, ultra-prime and trophy residential properties across Switzerland's principal markets.
Our practice covers Geneva, La Côte, the Swiss Riviera, Gstaad, Verbier, Zermatt, Villars, Zurich and St. Moritz, as well as selected international markets through established relationships and trusted local partners.

Founder
16 Years of Experience Advising International Clients
Evgenia Sander has been advising international private clients and professional partners in Switzerland since 2010.
Her experience combines deep knowledge of Switzerland's principal real estate markets with an international understanding of private client needs, cross-border mobility and long-term relationship building across Switzerland and selected international markets.
She works in French, English and Russian.

Founded Leading Properties of the World (LPW) AG in Switzerland. Began advising international private clients on residential property opportunities and relocation.
2010–2018
Development of long-term relationships with international buyers, professional intermediaries and leading residential property networks across Switzerland. Collaboration with selected professionals associated with Sotheby's International Realty, Christie's International Real Estate, Knight Frank, Naef and other established market participants.
2018–2025
Independent advisory work, selected residential transactions and development of a trusted professional network across Switzerland's principal markets and selected international locations.
